Our realtime trainers know realtime. Their job is to impart their knowledge to you personally, without the distraction of other reporters being present who may be at different levels of realtime proficiency. So relax in the comfort of your home or office, and we will remote onto your computer, showing you the how-to's of CAT & litigation-support software as it relates to realtime. We will also cover hooking up realtime via serial cables and wirelessly and, most importantly, show you how to logically work through issues if they arise. Realtime tech training, tips & workarounds will give you the ability to face any realtime job with confidence.
Realtime Tech Training sessions usually last 45 minutes to 75 minutes, depending on your familiarity with realtime software and hardware. You will need access to a high-speed internet connection.
